Special Holiday Message

My wife Jean has come a long way since her first day at Medilodge, thanks to all of the wonderful care from the staff. The social worker Lana stood out to me most throughout Jeans stay; she has been so supportive and helpful. She has become like a friend to us. I had heard good things about Medilode of Rogers City and had been to other facilities in the past. This is the best we've been to!

Denise Chapman stood out the most to me with all the activities she organized to keep residents busy. She was always so helpful. MediLodge of Rogers City has such loving and caring staff. Along with a very clean building. Other staff members that stood out to me the most are: Trisha Wehzel, Shelby Wolgast and Alma Sutphen.

I chose Medilodge of Rogers City as it was close to my family and my home.  I have known many people that have come to this facility and had a great experience.  The facility was always very clean. The therapy department was outstanding. All the staff were great including Laurie Rex. She has such a great demeanor and always made sure that I was comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others; I had a great experience here!

We chose MediLodge of Rogers City for our mother’s care because it has a great reputation and allows us to keep her close to home. The staff are always very helpful and explain every aspect – from her general health down to the paperwork. Alma and Lisa have been wonderful with her; always going over and above our expectations.

I have lived in the Rogers City area for many years. I chose to come to MediLodge of Rogers City so it would be easy for family and friends to visit. More importantly, many of my friends said good things about the service and staff from when they had stayed at MediLodge. The food service, the therapy team, the nursing care team, and the individual one on one care has been exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was treated as an individual and like I mattered to each staff member. I have always appreciated anyone who goes above and beyond and every person that walks into my room does just that. The activities department put on an amazing Veteran’s Day service just after I arrived. I was included and was so touched by the flag folding ceremony and the playing of Taps - it was just great! Every person who helped me tend to my personal needs and to reach my therapy goals has been outstanding. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. There are too many great people to name and I don’t want anyone to feel slighted because EVERYONE has been wonderful! I do not have one complaint about my stay at MediLodge. As a team sports player, I believe everyone at MediLodge of Rogers City deserves an “Atta boy!” for a job well done!

I chose this center after fracturing my hip and had heard good things about this facility. Jeanie Crowles stood out the most to me because she was always there to help me when I needed it. But all of the staff is great! I will miss it here! The staff is caring and always so helpful. The kitchen staff was willing to work with what I like and the staff here has become family to me.

Team members that stood out are the nurses (Ashley, Andree, Sue, Jessica, and KC) and the CNA's (Lorene and Sheila). They were all very caring, knowledgable and dedicated. Also, the PT and the OT staff were very patient, observant, and committed to my progress! I arrived here for physical therapy and skilled medical care, and now I am leaving healed and able to walk again. MediLodge should be a point of pride for Rogers City. I would come here again if needed!

A doctor recommendation from a local practice influenced my decision to come to MediLodge of Rogers City. The PT/OT were great and Donna the CENA was wonderful; she always is very attentive and caring. Therapy helped me to get stronger so I can return home. The food was also good. I would recommend MediLodge of Rogers City- their team does a great job.
