Happy Independence Day!

My wife Jean has come a long way since her first day at Medilodge, thanks to all of the wonderful care from the staff. The social worker Lana stood out to me most throughout Jeans stay; she has been so supportive and helpful. She has become like a friend to us. I had heard good things about Medilode of Rogers City and had been to other facilities in the past. This is the best we've been to!

The reason I chose this center is because it's close to my home! I heard good things about MediLodge; the employees and staff are very friendly. Everyone in all department and staff treated me very good and made my stay pleasant. Physical Therapy and Occupational therapy were very helpful, a joy to work with! Set a goal for yourself and work hard to reach it. No one will get you well but yourself!

I heard of other people who came here and they had great experiences. I relied on what they told me. All CNAs have been great to talk with. Therapy has also been quite pleasant to communicate with. Staff has always been very helpful and great and treat my guests with the utmost respect.

The reasons I chose this center is because it's the closest facility to home, recommended to come to here by Petoskey Hospital! Nursing department has been fantastic. Therapy worked with me each day to help me meet my personal goal. The kindness of the staff and professionalism they show is outstanding.

I have lived in the Rogers City area for many years. I chose to come to MediLodge of Rogers City so it would be easy for family and friends to visit. More importantly, many of my friends said good things about the service and staff from when they had stayed at MediLodge. The food service, the therapy team, the nursing care team, and the individual one on one care has been exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was treated as an individual and like I mattered to each staff member. I have always appreciated anyone who goes above and beyond and every person that walks into my room does just that. The activities department put on an amazing Veteran’s Day service just after I arrived. I was included and was so touched by the flag folding ceremony and the playing of Taps - it was just great! Every person who helped me tend to my personal needs and to reach my therapy goals has been outstanding. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. There are too many great people to name and I don’t want anyone to feel slighted because EVERYONE has been wonderful! I do not have one complaint about my stay at MediLodge. As a team sports player, I believe everyone at MediLodge of Rogers City deserves an “Atta boy!” for a job well done!

I chose MediLodge of Rogers City because I had heard good comments from friends about this facility and to be close to my family. I found the CENA’s and nurses available to answer my questions and they were all so helpful. The Therapy Department was great and helped me in my recovery; the Activities Department always had crafts and activities that I was able to participate in and would brighten my day; the Housekeeping Department made sure that everything was neat and clean and kept the floors shiny. Marsha from the Social Work Department was wonderful!! I would certainly choose this facility again!

The food is always good, and the facility is always kept nice and clean. Shelby is excellent; she always does what is asked of her with no complaints and always wears a smile.
