The food is always good, and the facility is always kept nice and clean. Shelby is excellent; she always does what is asked of her with no complaints and always wears a smile.

I have lived in the Rogers City area for many years. I chose to come to MediLodge of Rogers City so it would be easy for family and friends to visit. More importantly, many of my friends said good things about the service and staff from when they had stayed at MediLodge. The food service, the therapy team, the nursing care team, and the individual one on one care has been exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was treated as an individual and like I mattered to each staff member. I have always appreciated anyone who goes above and beyond and every person that walks into my room does just that. The activities department put on an amazing Veteran’s Day service just after I arrived. I was included and was so touched by the flag folding ceremony and the playing of Taps - it was just great! Every person who helped me tend to my personal needs and to reach my therapy goals has been outstanding. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. There are too many great people to name and I don’t want anyone to feel slighted because EVERYONE has been wonderful! I do not have one complaint about my stay at MediLodge. As a team sports player, I believe everyone at MediLodge of Rogers City deserves an “Atta boy!” for a job well done!

I had been here before and knew it was a good place, so I chose to come here after my recent car accident. All management and floor staff are outstanding. The center is always so clean and the therapy team is very caring. If possible, this team will work hard with you to ensure you make it home, meeting all goals. The reason I chose this center is because it's close to my home! I heard good things about MediLodge; the employees and staff are very friendly. Everyone in all department and staff treated me very good and made my stay pleasant. Physical Therapy and Occupational therapy were very helpful, a joy to work with! Set a goal for yourself and work hard to reach it. No one will get you well but yourself!

I chose MediLodge of Rogers City after several good experiences there in medical care and rehab. I am now in patient therapy and Elenor is my therapist. Elenor is a great teacher and brings out the best in people.

I have come so far from the beginning. From my very first day until my very last day. Physical therapy has helped me in so many ways, they helped my tremors get so much better compared to before. Whereas before I couldn’t even hold my head up now I can. I can walk, eat, and talk so much better on my own. I can now better communicate with other people. The nurses have been very professional and kind hearted at all times. The administrative personnel has also been very helpful and kind to me. I have grown very close to everyone and I will truly miss a lot of the people here. The nurses’ aides have been helpful and I am glad to have had the opportunity to come to Medilodge because I am now able to be independent. I would like thank everyone at Medilodge for going above and beyond my expectations at all times.

I chose this center after fracturing my hip and had heard good things about this facility. Jeanie Crowles stood out the most to me because she was always there to help me when I needed it. But all of the staff is great! I will miss it here! The staff is caring and always so helpful. The kitchen staff was willing to work with what I like and the staff here has become family to me.

I chose MediLodge of Rogers City because I had heard good comments from friends about this facility and to be close to my family. I found the CENA’s and nurses available to answer my questions and they were all so helpful. The Therapy Department was great and helped me in my recovery; the Activities Department always had crafts and activities that I was able to participate in and would brighten my day; the Housekeeping Department made sure that everything was neat and clean and kept the floors shiny. Marsha from the Social Work Department was wonderful!! I would certainly choose this facility again!

I chose Medilodge of Rogers City to be closer to my family. I was a previous patient, and I remember them treating me very well. Staff is always polite and there to help you. Donna Thompson, CENA and Sue Z, LPN were great. I would certainly choose Medilodge of Rogers City again.
